- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide fully itemized and computerized estimate with photo documentation, and if you are out of town or away while the work is being done on your property I will email you daily photos of the progress on your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I maintain IICRC ratings and code compliance issues with regards to general contractors licenses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy helping people and was a firefighter before this. I worked many home fires before entering into this line of work, and wished I was able to help these families more. I watched shady contractor after shady contractor take advantage of these families in their time of need I knew that these families deserved better. So I am here to do just that.
