- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All cake prices varies depending on the size, design, medium use to decorate, additional features add-on, and so on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently attending Le Cordon Bleu, majoring in baking and pastry, to get my degree to open my own shop. I am also researching other bakeries and hoping to go work for Disneyland in Florida or Buddy Valastro (Cake Boss) in New Jersey for my externship.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love being able to see the smiles on people's faces when they receive their dream cakes. It's my passion being able to create a beautiful piece of artwork that brings people happiness. I want to continue to use my talents to execute out my clients expectations and visions that will bring them joy.
