About this pro
They did a great job. They were one of the only places that would come on Saturday. They were responsive, professional and on time. I was very impressed I would hire again and recommend to my friends.Aug 14, 2018Verified
Ben gave helpful advice as to the timing and type of services to best maintain the equipment in our house.Apr 3, 2018Verified
The serviceman called me when I was told that he would call. He came during the time that I was told he would be there. He explained to me what he was doing and why. Used the existing entry points to do his job and replaced everything the way he found it. Our house was on the market and he did not leave a mess. Very satisfied with the services that were provided.Aug 21, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We pride ourselves on our straightforward pricing. All surcharges are clearly spelled out on our website, and over the phone during scheduling. If additional labor is discovered to be necessary once the tech is on-site, the customer will be informed BEFORE work begins, at which time they will have the opportunity to accept or decline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we ask questions aimed at understanding our customers' level of knowledge on the process, so that we give them the appropriate amount of information. We don't want to bore our savvy customers or take too much for granted with those who are unfamiliar with HVAC cleaning. We always try to set expectations appropriately on what are our technicians' areas of expertise and what are not, gauge for understanding, and then give them the opportunity to ask any questions.
- What types of customers have you worked with? Our customers run the gamut, from the average homeowner with little HVAC knowledge to commercial maintenance managers who oversee HVAC operations companywide. Regardless, we proceed with openness, integrity, and honesty. Our technicians are proud of their work and enjoy the trust that results when our customers are kept informed.
