The team was great from start to finish. We had another pro come out (for a fee, McQuillan did not charge for in-home estimate) so we could compare recommendations and charges. Both pros were very similar but Derek from McQuillan was very up-front about any possible challenges they might encounter. I appreciated the realistic assessment and went with them. We were not disappointed. James and George were punctual both days of the project and gave me all the information I needed at the end of the job. I’d definitely recommend you give McQuillan a shot at your project.

Technicians were very nice and helpful. If I could’ve spoken to them directly the service would’ve been outstanding. However, the dispatch people were very confusing. I got multiple texts saying the technicians were on the way only to leave me waiting for hours. I called multiple times and each time got a different dispatcher who gave me a new story.
