Sarah did a great job on the illustrations for our upcoming title, "Go Fork, Ye Crooked Spoon, and Let Me Live My Knife!" They really will make the book stand out.Nov 28, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer my services on a flat rate and tailor my scope of work to meet your needs within your budget. I also offer one hour of free consultation by phone or in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I ask a lot of questions upfront about what the customer's needs are, and I prefer to look at sample works to give me an idea of the creative direction they are looking to pursue, to see if it falls within the scope of what I am currently able to do in my range of artistic mediums and my aesthetic. I want to make sure that I am the right person for the job so that we are both enthusiastically happy with the final results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BA in interdisciplinary arts from St. Olaf College and an MFA in writing from Goddard College. I have also taken several illustration classes at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. I have six years' worth of fine art, commercial art, and illustration experience, including interior residential painting, faux finish painting, the sale of dozens of works of original fine art, and illustrating a book (Go Fork, Ye Crooked Spoon, and Let Me Live My Knife).
