- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Criminal cases are typically handled on a flat fee basis. The fee factors in the case type, client's goals, and the time that will go into the case. Payment options are available in come cases. Workers' compensation and personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. This means that the client does not have to pay anything upfront out of pocket to hire our attorneys for their work comp or personal injury case. If we are able to secure a settlement or judgment for a client, then we are entitled to receive a certain percentage as our attorney fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We offer free consultations on all our cases. We're happy to meet with a potential client in our office, or at any other location that is more convenient for the client. During the consultation, we'll do our best to explain the nature of the circumstances and all available options. At the end of the consultation, we'll quote a fee we believe is fair. The fee accounts for the nature of the case, the client's goals, and the time that will go into the case.
