I never write reviews but : We were amazed by the service. We used this for the daddy daughter dance in Shakopee. The team was very professional (lower cost than other limo services we checked) and never left me wondering with so much follow up. The limo bus was immaculate. We will be using them again for parents nights out and for sure next year.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Driver gratuity may or may not be included in the price quote depending upon the event. Your quote will typically say what fees are included Because we service such a large area, if the pickup or drop-off is outside of our regular service area, there may be a travel fee.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We want our customers to feel comfortable with our service and pricing. When taking a new reservation, we will ask for various forms of information, including a contact name and phone number, email, picking up address, drop-off address, itinerary, and any special instructions you wish us to know about. Lastly, we will collect payment information, which is encrypted by our servers, so none of our staff can view your personal credit card information. We will process a deposit to guarantee your reservation and send you a confirmation. We will process the remaining balance 72hours prior to the event. On the date of the event, you will receive a text or email, indicating your chauffeur's name, when they are en-route to you, and when they are on location. After the trip is over, the chauffeur will do a quick check of the vehicle to ensure you haven't left any items behind. If there was damage done by a passenger, the chauffeur will point it out at that time. We do charge for damages caused by passengers. They are handled on an individual basis.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our chauffeurs receive Smith-System Training, which is a popular defensive driving training course for commercial drivers. They also receive customer service training, and sensitivity training. Office staff receives ongoing education throughout their career with Star, which includes sales training, sensitivity training and customer service training.
