Introduction: My focus is a combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage modalities to achieve the ideal outcome for each individual. I do this by taking time to do a thorough consultation before the service. This consultation time does not cut into your 60, 90, or 120 minutes. The massage time you schedule for is 100% of hands-on time. That allows me enough time to thoroughly address your needs and plenty of time for you to rest, destress, and rejuvenate.

I am always satisfied after a session. I continue to go back because I feel comfortable knowing it will always be quality work that relieves soreness and tension. I definitely highly recommend making an appointment for physical therapy.

I started going to the massage den to help with neck and back pain. Regina has been the best. The space is very welcoming and cozy. Regina is very talented. I highly recommend the Massage Den because of her talent and the later appointment times.
