I hired On Call to Remove junk from our office renovations. A rather small project but they came through the day I called them. Monica was polite on the phone and the movers arrived promptly on time and removed all I had asked them to.

This team really helped be out of a bind! I would 100% recommend and will use them again in the future for sure! I hired a different company that I found on Thumbtack to pick up a treadmill at one home, deliver to another and take an old treadmill to another house. 3 different locations. Not an easy job but clearly explained ahead of time. The other company was unprofessional and severely underprepared. They could not complete the job after arriving at the second location - they did not find alternative solutions and just left. Yikes! On 7/24/19 I called 19 places that could not help same day. I found On Call and they were able to help me out without spending a crazy amount of money or charging an extra fee on the same day, and arrived within 2 hours. The came over-prepared and their number one concern was the safety of me and my home - even when it meant working harder to remove the treadmill instead of taking the easy way (because the possibility of damaging the house/floors was much higher the easy way). A team of 4 worked together to quickly and efficiently get the job done. They had pleasant attitudes and I felt comfortable the entire time. These guys saved the day and I would trust and feel confident in hiring them again.

This is the 3rd time we've used this company. Great, on time service each time! Twice for moving and once for hauling/ removal. Can't say enough good things about this staff from office to haulers!

This company is great. The guys were the epitomy of courteous and professional. Moving is a tough line of work and the On Call Crew did a fabulous job with us. I used them again later that week to haul a big pile of junk and they made it and easy, no hassle operation. In the morning the pile was there, when I got back in the evening it was totally gone. I'd highly recommend this company and I will keep them on my short list as well.
