- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We where the third contractor hired to resolve a water intrusion problem on three Vary large condominium units. They were having water damage taking place every time it rained and for many years and could not figure out how to stop it. After a site inspection and review of the engineers report, we made are recommendations which included removal of some siding, windows, patio doors and roofing materials. We got the green light to proceed. It's amazing what we find when we open walls and ceilings. The workmanship on these buildings when they where built was horrible. We fixed and no more leaks!
