- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a flat fee with no added fees outside of Thumbtack’s fees. At this time I do not offer discounts as I price my services as close to what a customer desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to interview customers to get an idea of the complete experience they want to have accompanied with their food. After that I carefully creat a mock menu that the customer can revise, make suggestions or alterations. Once they adjustments have been made we confirm a final menu. If needed we can iron out final details before a flawless execution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree from The Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, NY
