I've been working with Andrea for several months and have a plan in place for the entire year. I expect to continue working with her indefinitely.She is phenomenal in three distinct ways: 1. she is an expert in what she does. Andrea draws on years of experience with athletes as well as her own creatiivty to make workouts that are varied, challenging, fun and explicitly tailored to skill level. 2. her approach is holistic: nutrition and diet play an instrumental role in fitness and Andrea helped me set up goals on My Fitness Pal and gives me feedback once a week on how I am doing. I have workouts for the entire week not just for our sessions together. She understands that mental stress also impacts physical fitness and encouraged me to incorporate yoga or meditation into my routine. Key to Andrea is to help you stretch but also listen to your body. 3. is attitude: Andrea is incredibly down to earth and invested in her clients' success. I haven't worked with other trainers but I was formerly a competitive runner and team captain, and I also interviewed many other trainers, so I have seen first hand that someone can have the intellectual knowledge but lack the coaching ability or holistic view of what it takes to meet your goals. Can't say enough wonderful things about Andrea. I'm getting stronger and feeling my best self working with her.

I have been a part of Andrea's boot camp classes for close to a year. Having these weekly classes has helped me get motivated to reach my fitness goals. I have noticed a significant strength increase throughout my body. I used to dread doing pushups and planks, but now I can honestly say I enjoy them! Andrea always varies up the workouts so they stay interesting and fun. She always is full of energy and is very encouraging and helpful. She is always making sure you are doing the movements correctly so you can get the most out of the workout and not get injured. She has been providing a monthly workout calendar with different workouts each day, which has kept me accountable on days we do not meet. She is also willing to help with diet and nutrition goals. I love my workouts with Andrea and am excited to continue to reach my fitness goals with her help!

Andrea came to my home for sessions, was on time or called if a prior session ran long and she was going to be delayed. It was important to me to have a trainer that would come to my home for sessions, utilizing the equipment I already had and never asked me to get any other equipment. She asked good questions, listened to the answers and set up workouts to help me achieve milestones as we are on our way to the desired results. I specifically like the variety of exercises and didn't get bored at all. She made monthly calendars for easy planning of anticipated workouts and rest days; allowing me to make the choices if I needed to swap one day for another depending on my schedule, illness or injuries. I highly recommend her for women that are trying to tone, lose weight, establish good eating habits or reach other healthy lifestyle goals.

I've been working with Andrea for personal training almost one full year now. The experience has been amazing. I've had incredible success both with weight loss and general health and fitness. I feel amazing, so much more energy and stamina than I used to have. I'm 37 and feel like I'm 25 again. I've worked with other trainers in the past and had success but it either wasn't lasting or they had me doing moves that ended up hurting me in the long run which hampered my progress. Andrea is so well educated and tailors the workouts to challenge me taking my personal situation into account. She's always changing it up and making me push myself. I've created good habits with her help and can't say enough good things about her work.

I have been working with Andrea for almost three months! She is motivating and encouraging! I have learned how to eat better and have gained more strength than I ever thought I could in this amount of time! I have a more defined midsection and core strength! Andrea has given me workouts and cardio workouts to do on my own! They are easy to follow and fun to do! I use to hate to do planking! I love to PLANK Now! Andrea is always positive and encouraging during our sessions! We always have great conversations during our sessions too! She is helpful in new introduction to exercises! It has been a great a investment for myself! Thanks Andrea!
