Michael helped me figure out not just my health, but multiple facets of my life. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do by the hour, monthly packages, and larger packages as well. I have standard prices, but the final quote almost always comes down to the specific needs of the client and how involved the process will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We have a consultation during which I gather as much relevant information as possible and we begin to formulate a plan based on your goals and unique situation. I take this and create a comprehensive program that we will follow and adjust as necessary. Each session involves learning and applying skills while I continually provide feedback as it pertains to the plan and your goal. Over time we develop a rapport which allows for continued results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology. I worked with former Chinese olympian Ma Jianping and learned a great deal about Chinese sport science in the process. I’m also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
