FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As you shop the internet for vendors for your event, you're going to discover that entertainers & artists are a dime a dozen, with promises and prices which are dramatically varied, so I highly recommend that you try to talk to the actual artists/entertainers who are available, check samples of their work, and check recent references of anyone you are considering. It may be useful to know that most of our clients are repeat customers, and that many of our clients have used us for more than 10 years consecutively, with multiple events each year! We're not the cheapest, and we're not the most expensive, but the feedback we get over and over again is that we are the most consistently reliable, talented and service-oriented!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Buyer beware! There is more to hiring Santa than how he looks... (And he should look good, by the way). It's not enough to have an older man with a white beard and belly. You want someone engaging, magical, playful and sensitive. If you notice that the prices for Santa are extreme, the question to ask is not "Why is that Santa so expensive?" The question to ask is "Why are those other Santas so cheap?" (We're right in the middle, by the way...)
