- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking questions about their event and giving an estimate for the desired service. After we’ve agreed on the project and the fee, I confirm the job through Thumbtack and block out my calendar for the event date and time. I make sure I am on the same page with the customer and that they know what supplies I will be providing and what they will need to provide for the event. If desired, I will send the customer a list of supplies I recommend, and/or create a cocktail menu for their event (free of charge.) It’s then up to the customer if they would prefer to pre-pay for my services ahead of time or on the event date. I always provide customers my phone number and email in case they need to call or email me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bartending license and food safety certification, as well as relevant, recent experience in bartending, serving, and restaurant management.
