Thiago and his team were exceptional! We were looking to have 2 of our bathrooms renovated-- a master and a hall bathroom. This involved removing all tile down to the studs and starting over. This was a large job and Modern Tile Installations did not disappoint. Thiago was always responsive to any questions and kept in communication, which is important to me. His team was punctual to the second. They would arrive early and wait until 8AM on the dot and ring the bell. They were also aware that projects like this are very disruptive to a household and tried their best to keep the mess to a minimum. They cleaned up every day at the end of the day. Some days they wanted to work late and asked if that was okay first, which I appreciated. The tile for the hall bathroom floor, once installed, didn't look good in the room or go with the shower tile (my fault). I asked them to rip it up and start over with a new tile that I would go get that day. They were happy to oblige even though this affected their work schedule. They smiled and wanted me happy. Their workmanship of tile laying is beautiful. Thiago made recommendations to me based on his experience and I followed them and was happy. Modern Tile's pricing is inline with costs today for work. Are they the cheapest? Probably not, but I find the cheapest quotes earn that for a reason. Tile is expensive and I want it done well. We are very happy with our experience with Modern Tile and I have already recommended them to others. They rank in the top 2 of contractors I have ever worked with and I have built 3 homes and a business. The pictures I attached don't do justice for how the tile looks in person.

I can’t recommend Modern Tile enough. They did an AMAZING job with my kitchen backsplash. They were fast, kind, clean and again did a wonderful job. Price was very reasonable too. Look no further for a any tile work you need done.

Modern Tile Installations tiled my 80 year old bathroom floor and walls. Thiago and his crew did an excellent job. They were courteous, punctual and professional. I love my new bathroom. I would hire them again. Before (blue) and after.

I would like to first say that I SERIOUSLY wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thiago / Modern Tile was friendly, professional, and ALWAYS focused on doing what we needed! We had them tile our rear entry and laundry/bathroom as well as paint a number of areas. EVERYTHING was done perfectly. The tile around the sloped drain was done better than I have ever seen it done elsewhere. In addition, they went WAY out of their way and helped me move a number of pieces of furniture to the center of the family room when I did not have that room ready in time for them :( Additionally they had to put up with our constantly barking dogs, who for some reason started doing this recently, and the team was WONDERFUL about it :( You can’t go wrong with Modern Tile!!
