- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Material and equipment cost are always first in the estimate. We survey the area needing to be serviced and determine that cost before labor is calculated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and go over the general idea or area(s) that we will be working with. From there I like to brainstorm what they are thinking about wanting to do, and start measurements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Horticulture studies across the board. Landscape Design, Landscape Install, and Landscape Maintenance and Management.
