Mike is an outstanding human beings and computer giant. I am a semi-illiterate internet user (I write novels now), which puts me one step above today's college graduates. Our office printer did not have a jam, but we wanted someone to look at it to see if it needed maintenance since it's been years since we've been using it. Mr. Proto was the first to respond to my inquiry. He contacted me quickly to set up an appointment. He called the morning of the appointment to confirm the time. He was punctual. He was very knowledgeable and gave us information about our printer and let us know how better to clean the rollers. It didn't indicate that it needed a maintenance kit and he told us that it was working well. Since he was in the area having lunch with a friend, he would not charge us. We felt he was really knowledgeable of the product and very honest.

My rate is based on on site or in house work. On site is typically $65 hourly and most depot repair can be quoted as flat fee repair.
