Lee and team did replaced the leaking water heater with high level of satisfaction. Recommend Lee ***********************Review Update**************** Firstly please beware!! beware!! the work which was done to replace the new water heater by the technician Lee from Champions Plumbing, LLC has left the drain pipe cut open and next day my water softener drain water has flown out the cut drain & flooded the house (attaching photo's as proof). The next day when I called Champions Plumbing team they were happy to send across Ben Technician to check on the spot what happened (dated 11/12 Saturday), he himself was very disappointed the way the job was done & claimed that I would be taken care from the company's insurance due to the negligence of the work being performed & there was no spot inspection done after completing the job (installing the water) meaning the disaster plan is no were connected to the drain & also the old plan was removed by cut opening the drain pipe wherein the cut drain pipe was left open. Underwent serious disaster due to the negligence of this technician who installed water heater at the house and still recovering with all hassles still under process. With the assurance the technicians given that it would be taken care off by the organisation but know what today (11/14/2022) got a call from Chris mentioning the Manager at Champions Plumbing LLC stating it was their mistake for the house to be flooeded just because the drain pipe to the disaster pan was cut open & left it as is, wherein he offered he can send plumber to connect now. I tried to explain but he was very rude, inpatient and NOT ready to listen as he doesn't want to support this claim and denied any further conversation & hangup the call. Champions Plumbing LLC should have checked if the disaster pan is well connected to pan & if the water flows thru the drain in the event of disaster as a process of disaster recovery process nothing has been performed to validate if the installation has been per code of them per their claims. Beware!! Never hire this company and they are trust worthy, dishonest, negligent. Anyone can contact me for further more details and information.

Hello! We have tried to talk with you about this issue. The issue was caused due to a clog in your water softeners discharge line which was not connected to the water heater's disaster pan. We have tried to discuss the options with you but you are refusing to work with us. We still recommend getting the lines drain cleaned as soon as possible to prevent future flooding from that line.
