We didn't end up going with this caterer, but they are very attentive to their customers. They answered all my questions. The only reason we couldn't hire them for our event was due to the size of their trailer and our small parking lot. I highly recommend talking to them to see if they will work for your event!

August 15, 2020 we had an Eden Prairie, MN backyard wedding for my daughter and new son-in-law. The dinner was for 46 of their closest friends. We feel so blessed to have found CH Professional Catering, Jason Freeman! Everything about the day was perfect, but the food was totally unbelievably great! Even the photographer who has been to many events said that his food was the best she had ever had! Everything on the buffet individually was fabulous, but added all together it truly far exceeded anything we could have imagined! We had a terrific salad, bread, grilled steaks which were perfectly done, chicken Marsala, ribs, green beans almandine, pasta primavera, loaded potatoes and fresh strawberry shortcake. Each dish was extraordinary! Thank you so very much Jason! Now we are trying to think of what we can have you back to do for us! Best Regards, Art & Becky PS. His staff was also terrific and the serving utensils, dishes, silverware and glasses were also a great quality.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to CH Professional Catering. I cannot say enough great things about Jason and his team, but I will gladly share some of my experiences. First, the hiring process was so easy. I spoke with a number of caterers who weren't able to fulfill my needs in terms of food or alcoholic beverages-Jason met all of our needs and was so nice (much nicer than anyone else I spoke with). From the beginning he was completely low stress and laid-back, while still exuding confidence, skill, and professionalism. I knew I was in good hands from the first call. Second, the tasting was amazing. Jason made it a fun and festive event. He came out to cook for us (me, my MIL, and two family members who were planning the wedding) at one of our homes and made our top choices from scratch while we watched. He then served them to us, and cleaned up. We didn't want to let him and his assistant leave! The food was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented and completely sold us. Jason also was sweet enough to package portions of everything to go so my fiance and I could taste everything together that night when we got home. After everything was said and done, he sat down with us to answer questions and map out the event, including offering suggestions about food and side pairings. He wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and that I had all of my questions answered. I was so impressed. His policies were great and his prices will blow your mind. His assistant (I think her name was Amy? She was also fabulous!) dealt with linens and organizational details. She was knowledgeable, professional, and fun. Then, when it came time for the wedding, Jason didn't disappoint. The food was everything that I hoped and more. He was there to mastermind the whole event, and was so sweet to me the day of. His entire team is great. They even made sure that I had time to eat--no mean task when dealing with a bride at her wedding reception! We received so many compliments about the food (and about Jason personally), and I continue to hear good things from our guests more than a week later. We loved our experience with CH Professional Catering and would recommend Jason and his team for any event. In fact, we are trying to come up with an excuse to host another family gather because I am craving more of Jason's stuffed shells and my husband is dreaming about the steak! Thank you, Jason!

CH Professional Catering performed our catering and bar services for our son’s wedding on Sep 16, 2017. A +++ is the only grade I can think of for such a quality company and service provided. We chose CH Professional Catering to cater our event before even doing a tasting. When reading reviews we could see that CH Professional Catering was a quality company and had a huge menu with many options to choose from. The tasting done at our home by Jason and his wife was incredible. We knew we had made the right decision by the presentation and food quality at the tasting. We also decided to use the bar and beverage services provided through CH Professional Catering. As our timeline developed for the wedding day with the photographer’s timeline for pictures of the bride, groom and wedding party I could see the need for drinks earlier in the day. I requested the bar to be functional at 2:00 and they were operational by 1:45. We also opted for an appetizer with drink station at 3:30 after the ceremony and again in drizzle and rain it was ready for our guests. The dinner was schedule for 5:00 pm and was ready minutes before. It was prepared and cooked onsite for maximum freshness. CH Professional Caterings signature. Lizz also advised and coordinated the bar to save us money by serving wine by her staff and running a tab as opposed to pre-buying everything. The service provided was top notch and servers were professional and attended to all guests they were inside the tent or outside the tent after the meal. We ordered a large assortment of beer and wine and all were provided for our guests. It was so nice to not have to worry about our guests needs and wants and knowing they were taken care of. We received so many positive comments on the quality of service and food quality from our guests. We can’t say enough about CH Professional Catering and would encourage anyone considering their service to not let the opportunity pass as we wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again or refer friends and family to them for food and bar services.
