- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As an independent contract I try to keep my price 30% below the industry standard, example usually it's 98.00 to come to the home and make a diagnostic, labor varies depending on complexity of repair 80-140 plus the cost of the part, myself I charge 50.00 to come and diagnosis labor 60-90 plus part cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I greet the customer at there home, we start with a brief discussion as to what problems they are experiencing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have factory training from Whirlpool, plus technical resources related to Whirlpool products.
