Alex was prompt and friendly. I wanted my stairs and traffic area cleaned. The traffic area is a short narrow hallway, the space around two large area rugs and the 8 stairsteps. He was under the impression that I wanted one room done (whole room), so the price went up. After he left I realized that he hadn't done any spot cleaning so the stairs didn't look much different. I guess I shouldn't have assumed that the spot cleaning would be done. I think it's part of the job. There was no furniture moved and the area rugs were not done, by my choice. Next time I will do more research and agree ahead of time as to what exactly I expect.

Have used them twice now, once was to clean our carpets, they went above and beyond as we had rented out our house and were moving back in. They also helped me clean the oven while there! We then hired them again to do a full house cleaning a few weeks later and they were professional and thorough. Left my place sparkling. Would highly recommend!

We do janitorial work at a Methodist church and we just finished cleaning all there carpets, The Methodist committee pummeled us with emails of how happy they were since it had been a very long time since someone washed the carpets.
