Jean W. says, "I’m very late in writing this review but not because Tim’s work was not very good. If there had been a rating of 4 1/2 stars I would have given him that. Tim installed a ceiling fan on the second floor bedroom of my old house that still has knob & tube wiring. It was a big job and very challenging. As a result, he charged me much more than his estimate. However, what I paid was still substantially less than the estimates I had gotten from other pros, and I am very well satisfied with his work. The fan works perfectly and has made a huge difference in our comfort in our bedroom. Tim had to make some adaptations to get the fan to fit in the hole in the ceiling where a previous fixture had been and he made that work as well with just a small cosmetic imperfection that no one would notice. I recommend Tim for his attention to detail, determination to find a solution for difficult situations he comes across, and willingness to get the job done. I intend to have him install a fixture in another bedroom that may be equally challenging."See more
