Michelle is SO WORTH IT! Every time I come in we discuss goals, how I’m improving and in two weeks there has already been a noticeable difference in how my body is going from Pillsberry dough boy to being the terminator. Well it’s not that drastic but you get my point. Michelle is so easy to get along with and flexible with my schedule. (She kinda has to be, she teaches yoga) lol. But seriously, she’s awesome. Pick her as your trainer. DO IT!
I learned of Jessica through my daughter and I couldn't understand why she loved personal training. I received a few sessions for Christmas and now have become an loyal client! I now see Jessica twice a week. One day for strength training and big sweaty workout, and a second day to learn and practice yoga. I have come to love having someone come to my house and having privacy while I learn yoga. I have never practiced yoga before, but love it now. (There is also no Yoga studio within 15 miles of me). I also do strength training and at at 62 I feel that I am in the best shape of my life. I wish I would have started weight training and yoga 30 years ago. My arthritis has improved, my endurance is way up, and people cannot believe I am 62.
It was great working with Karen the yoga instructor who made working out fun and tailored it to what ur level is. She was always on time and ready to get to work. The BA fitness was willing to work with my budget.

I have been attending yoga classes led by Kamie for the past 5 years and I am so impressed with her skills! Not only is she an excellent yoga instructor, she is very knowledgeable about how yoga impacts one physically as well as emotionally. Her knowledge about the human body and how to use yoga to improve one's physical well-being is amazing! She has continually attended trainings to improve her yoga practice and brings that new learning to her classes. I highly recommend the Synergize Yoga in Anoka studio as all of Kamie's instructors are highly qualified.
I took an all levels Hatha yoga class from Martha at the Maplewood Community Center. The class was well structured, and her delivery was superb. Her presence, smooth voice, and steady positive energy helped maintain the cohesiveness throughout the class. Her class helped me to relieve some personal stress I was in the midst of and the timing couldn't have been better.
I especially appreciate the one on one yoga sessions with Doris. She is an awesome yogy. Xpert at form.
Ashley is tentative to each individual in the setting of yoga studio at the beach or by a waterfall seeing each yogis individual capabilities never pushing yogis to there limits . Ashley's Voice alone carries with energy and love being gentle. She able to perform each stance correctly holding for long periods of times so yogis see the stance Ashley would assist in adjusting your stance till you were comfortable in your stance she has overwhelming amount of patients which is delightful. Overall I give Ashley very high rating as the yoga instructor and as a human being a great friend to everybody bringing the yoga class together in a studio or on the beach Ashley love's instructing yoga her light shines within her an she is able to share herself with you.

My class with Nicole at NALA was the ideal setting for me. I was able to get the instruction and support I needed to enrich my yoga practice that I was not able to find in larger classes. I am inspired to continue to develop my yoga practice with these classes!

I would highly recommend Kristie for personal yoga instruction. I was nervous about getting back into yoga after a while and with a weird foot injury, but she was extremely patient and understanding. She started out asking about any injuries and made sure to point out the poses where I may want to adjust due to my foot. She was also great about giving a couple of different options when I felt like things were too hard or too easy, and she made hands on corrections without pushing me too far. She will definitely be able to adjust her flows to your needs and all levels!

The pose is a direction, a form that one's body moves toward. Your body is somewhere in that form it is not a form imposed on your body. That is why everybody can do my yoga. Yoga, the practice of unifying mind, body, spirit, is an ongoing practice. My practice seems to be unique to the Twin Cities area as I have practiced all over the world, however mostly in California and India.
