Bart was very friendly. He did some work on a commercial property, he had never worked on a rug rack but very diligently read a manual and was able to properly repair it. He was nice, patient, and personable to all associates. He also was very self motivated to get the job completed efficiently.

Nick and Top Notch Construction had the flexibility to tailor the roofing contract to the property owner's needs and requests. The work was performed in a timely manner. The estimate was very much within market reason, and his crews could communicate in English with other contractors on site and with the tenants of the property. There was not damage to flower gardens and other vegetation. Well done.
I am extremely pleased with the quality, speed and responsiveness that Jim and his team provided. I hired BARC to replace all windows on the top story of my house. Very professional! They gave me a quote for my house and, since I didn't have defined moving plans, they kept my file and got back to me in a timely fashion remembering my case! It took them about 2-2.5 weeks to findy tenant and kept me in the loop the entire time. I have no problems reaching out to my property manager and he's very timely! They are definitely worth the extra $20/mo than other places around the twin cities!
Dean is thorough and efficient. He takes the worry out of maintaining a property, and is very respectful of the owner and tenants alike. Dean informs me of issues or updates about the property in a timely manner. He documents everything clearly and is always available if I have questions or concerns.
We originally contacted Cory for a bathroom remodel, but then changed the scope of the project and ended up creating a master suite with a 3/4 bathroom and walk-in closet. Cory was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to work with an older home like ours and did a great job maintaining its character while upgrading it. Costs, allowances and payment schedule are very clear. And while our project did get delayed slightly, this wasn't Cory's fault (but due to a subcontractor's schedule). Cory was often on the property, so we felt like a priority. He also helped us with things above and beyond our remodel (some door replacements, and helping when a tree fell on our garage and knocked out our power). We trust him and felt comfortable having around. His subcontractors were also very professional. We love the finished project and would readily work with Cory again in the future.

We have been with Homestead Plus for 5 months now. It has been a heavenly 5 months compared to our old rental company. When we have issues, someone is always available 24 hours a day. They have gotten back to us immediately. What we notice with Homestead Plus compared to the other Property Management Companies is that Homestead Plus answers our emails and questions within a couple of hours and they are here within 24 hours to fix a problem. They are ALWAYS very kind and reassuring. We have never had a "kind and considerate" Management Company before now. We are very happy with Homestead Plus!!!

My wife and I are moving out west and wanted to get our house in the best shape possible to sell. We were referred to Veterans Integrity Exteriors by a family friend that had recently had some work done on his own house. Our roof needed to be replaced, we needed several new windows, and we also wanted the interior of our house painted. When we first contacted Blake he was very courteous and he met with us the next day. We showed him the work that needed to be done and he gave us a rough estimate right then. He also followed up with a formal estimate the next day. Not only were we surprised in his punctuality in getting us an estimate in such a timely manner, but his price was at a better rate than a few other contractors that we had been in contact with. We decided to go with Veterans Integrity Exteriors. We only offered the work for the roof and windows to Blake, but after seeing his craftsmanship and attention to detail we asked if he would paint our interior as well. Everything that VIE did was at an exemplary standard. You could tell that they paid attention to detail and they knew what they were doing. Not only was the work quality but Blake himself was nothing short of a gentleman. He made sure that each and every day he left our property in the shape that it was when he showed up. He either laid down cloths or removed his shoes whenever he entered our house, and he spoke to us with respect. Anything that we didn't understand Blake would explain in detail so that we felt comfortable about every part of the process. He never swore, and we always felt that he was working with us, not for us. The roof, windows, and paint job are all something I'm proud to display today. Blake is a man of his word and I will refer him to anyone I know that needs any type of work done to their house. Thank you Blake and Veterans Integrity Exteriors for your quality workmanship. My house has just gone on the market this week, and I know it will sell itself based on the excellent exterior and interior look that it now has.

Communication, follow up and overall management - top notch
Drew is an incredible contractor. He helped us remodel an entire house and worked diligently to make sure we met all of our deadlines. Drew is everything that you can ask for in a contractor- honest, punctual and a great communicator. He was willing to take on any kind of project (framing, dry walling, hardwood floor installation, tiling). And he did it all so well. We couldn't have done this project without him!
My wife and I purchased our first home in 2011. When it came time to start our family, it simply did not make sense to sell a free and clear property so we hired one of the "big name" property management companies. A church friend of mine and I were comparing companies and I was blown away by how much more I was spending; not only monthly, but every time a maintenance person had to come out. Since switching to Equity Options, they gave me a couple pointers for the interior which has not only increased my rent each month, but the tenants are staying longer. Their process is simple and my money is automatically deposited into my account each month.
