- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and make our pricing as easy as possible without any hidden fee's or anything like that but each persons needs are different so prices can be different. When I quote you a price, everything is laid out very clearly with every customer so they don't end up with some upcharge fees that many companies do. What we say is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new clients!! We work from booking, till the time I leave. We start with a first contact on the phone and we break everything down for you so you always know what is going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well there really isn't education as far as running a show, however, we have the most advanced equipment that's out there. Many company's just buy cheapo stuff, books that are falling apart, sound horrible, etc but I prefer to spend extra to make sure my shows are as best as possible. That's why I have many awards, press articles, and best known for our spectacular sound.
