I attended Hillary's BootCamp, 3 days a week for several years....till she moved to another state! Hillary would change things up on us to keep our workouts interesting and fun! Very good at focusing on different parts of the body on different days of the week! She is a great motivator and would constantly challenge our group to be better and stronger! I have been with Healthy Training for over 2 years now. I have participated in nutrition programs, small group classes such as bootcamps or zumba, and personal 1 on 1 training. Ellie and all of the trainers have been excellent to work with and importantly take the time to understand what YOUR goals are. The place is small and personal enough that you always get individual attention even in group activities, and the trainers are friendly and know their stuff. They make sure you are working out hard but safely. Personal training and group class rates are extremely competitive compared to the marketplace. You aren't paying for the overhead of a smoothie bar or sauna. Just a very focused, high value place to better your health, strength, and conditioning. Highly recommended.

I have been training with Victor for about 2 years now. When I started I was new to going to the gym. I was uncomfortable, over weight and out of shape. Victor saw me and wanted to encourage me to keep me coming back. He helped me modify the exercises and made sure I was using the proper form. I can happily say I have lost over 100 pounds. I have known MJ over 8 years. I have taken her spin, yoga and bootcamp classes. When I started I couldn't run 1/2 mile. Next month I will run a 50k. When I started I didn't last long on a trampoline now I have movie stunt credits. I'm not saying she will turn you into a stunt person but she will get you to a better place.
