Siding was replaced due to woodpecker damage in one area, and due to general deterioration in a couple of other areas; and the new siding was painted. In addition to the quality of the work performed, the communication with this organization, and with the handyman performing the work, was excellent. The job was started and completed according to the schedule to which they committed. I highly recommend these folks!

Nice guys, sloppy work. It took longer than expected, but to be fair, the gentleman doing the work was not the person who gave me the estimate. He was kind enough to put-up with my big dog when I wasn't able to be home while he was working. I wasn't sure it was done (given the state my kitchen was left in), until I was called to pay the balance of the cost. They did come out to touch-up the areas that were glaringly obvious. Probably great for small jobs and handy-man work, but hire a professional painter if that's what you need done; especially if it's in an area of the house you'll come face-to-face with every day (like kitchen cabinets). A couple weeks out and I'm still finding spots that need to be fixed, and cleaning paint off my stove and floor.

We are sorry we didn't quite live up to your expectations this time around. We hope you will consider us for a future project when we can exceed them for you.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we receive a customer contact we collect some information regarding address, phone, email, and description of project. That information goes into our system, which triggers an alert for our tech to call the potential customer to schedule an inspection of your project. Once the inspection is complete, we provide a detailed, written estimate by email. If our estimate is accepted, we collect a deposit in an amount based on the job total and schedule the work to begin. Upon completion of the project, we would collect the balance due.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a wide variety of customers including those who would like to continue to live in their homes following retirement as well as busy people who have a few projects that they would like to get done in a timely manner so they can maintain their busy lifestyle without sacrificing functionality in their homes. We have also worked with folks who appreciate our level of know-how, that the average DIYer may not possess.
