Introduction: As a Reiki Master I have had the opportunity of working with a variety of clients. Many of them return for follow up sessions as they share that they feel more balanced, open and centered after a Reiki Session. I have extensive training in Yoga and have studied these modalities both here in the US and in India and Thailand. It has been such a joy to hear clients leave saying they feel so much lighter, or that they pain is better. One client shared, "your hands are like miracles". It is an honor to work with clients through yoga and meditation and hear them express that they were able to connect with themselves, visualize, and get to a deeper place than they had been able to go before.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a client fill out a questionnaire and we discuss what their desired outcome is for a private session or yoga session. Then we decide together on how to carry out the session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Yoga calm Teacher and I am an Experienced 235 hr teacher and a 500 hr teacher, and have multiple speciality trainings in Prenatal, Restorative and Yoga Therapy. I am also a Master Reiki Practitioner who uses crystals, essential oils, and sound in our sessions.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Children, teens, and Adults. I have worked with many individuals on the spectrum. I have clients who are striving to manage stress and anxiety so they can live their life in a manner that serves them well.
