- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wedding photography, full packages - from when the bride and wedding party gets ready to when most of the reception is completed. Full service, including videography, wedding book, CD of photos and copyright release are included in $1600 package, as well as engagement sitting with CD. Wedding/special event invitations, customized and designed especially for each client, no additional costs for custom design or changes. Color proofs as well as electronic before final product is executed. Website design, including design concepts before website is created, online forms and slideshows - all included in pricing that is calculated by the hour - not as a package, so each customer only pays for the work that is involved in their specific project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask plenty of questions, ask to look at samples!! It's always good to see what your photographer is capable of, and whether your style is what they offer. Ask for all pricing options so you know beforehand what your investment is with no surprises! You don't want to be locked in to an agreement without knowing the fine print. Do you get to have your photos on disk? Do you have an insurance policy-a contract-in case they can't come to your event? Do you like the person? They are important to your wedding or special event-so if you don't get along when you meet, it might not work out.
