"Todd Devine performed a home inspection of a house that I am willing to buy. He accepted to schedule an inspection in a very time constrained calendar and he accepted to provide me with the final report in a very short time. He was at the property with respect to the agreed appointment. He did the inspection for over 3hours examining every corner of the house inside out and from the roof and the attic to the basement. "Mike and his wife showed up on time and did a very thorough job. He noticed several electrical issues right away which I assumed I would be problematic since the house is older ('56) .
