Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We tend to stand out from other flooring companies because we do not subcontract any of our work. My brother's Jerred and Jesse, along with me (John) complete every aspect of your project. When you call Trinity, you will meet me directly, not a salesman whom you will never see again. Meeting people every day, and seeing the completion and results of hard work on a regular basis.

Wow what a great experience with John. He was on time, informative and clearly a solid person to work with. I can't wait to get my floor redone. I will follow up with the work they did as it is important to give credit where it is due.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

There really is no common type of job for us. One day we may be re sanding a small existing floor that is 50 years old, the next project we may be installing a completly custom floor and finishing it on site with multiple exotic species of wood and a one of contrasting border or inlay. This is part of the joy of our career, we get a constant change of scenery, a new challenge, meet new people, and get to see the fruits of our labor every time we complete a project and leave a happy customer's home.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are looking to hire anybody to do work on your home, ask as many questions as you need answered to feel comfortable, ask for references, if possible look for a referral from somebody that you trust, and choose the company that you feel most comfortable with. Price is important to everybody, but do not just hire the lowest bidder. If you are most comfortable with one particular contractor, but his/her price is a little higher, don't be afraid to let that company know that you prefer to work with them, but wonder if they would come closer to a lower bidder's price.
