Introduction: I work a fulltime job so my services are typically evenings and weekends. I have over 20years experience and the fact this is not my primary source of income allows me to provide a good service at a reasonable rate. I enjoy helping people and putting my skills to work for them. As I've moved up in careers, the hands on aspect gets used less. this allows me to get back to the more enjoyable aspects of the job with less of the stress. I get to enjoy my work, you get the benefits of years of skills and experience without a lot of the overhead.

each job is different and the cost has to be commensurate with the service provided and the needs of the consumer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what they need to be accomplished and as much information as I can. I formulate and estimate of the time and materials needed and work to make sure it's within their budget and work out options if it is not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
completed construction technology vocational training. Various estimating courses, continuing education in related technology.
