- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new client about accounting services , I prefer to have an introductory meeting to gather information about the business and ensure that both parties are comfortable with each other. The first meeting is important to understand the scope of services required. I then work with the client to provide the most cost efficient way to prepare and maintain their accounting for their specific needs. This can include going over and tailoring a process or provide organizational instruction so that the client can work with their own accounts or full preparation and accomplishing of all accounting activities.
