What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our products are priced per lineal foot. And because not all trees are the same size, we commonly exceed our customer's quantities due to random lengths - especially in the stain-grades. You would need to provide us with an overall quantity of what you would need. We can get specific lengths if needed, however there is typically an up-charge to specify unless we have it in stock already.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Someone like us should always be able to provide some insight on design and the overall look of your project. Never hurts to ask for samples to help you get an idea.
