- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate pricing company, we typically have a set fee for each task we perform. We find its better and more consistent then an hourly rate. No matter how long it takes it to get the task done, the pricing is upfront and will not change (unlike other contractors!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the appropriate questions about your electrical system and concerns you have. We gather basic information and schedule to have our amazing technicians out to provide and estimate and/or perform a diagnosis. Once your electrical has been evaluated, the technician will provide upfront pricing for your approval. The work can be schedule right away if not completed the same day!!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians all have years of training and experience in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical. We have a combined 60 years knowledge and experience and two certified Master Electricians on staff.
