- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always try to be competitive with our prices but we pride ourselves on quality. We usually will discount jobs based on size. Therefore, a larger job will usually have discounted prices because we will be in the same location and won’t need to acclimate to a new job site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most jobs we prefer to personally take a look at jobs before giving a price. We also believe in giving a bid rather than an estimate unless completely necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I both have interior design and art backgrounds which comes in handy when our customers need help picking colors. Also we both have 10 plus years as painters and general handyman work.
