- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 8% of collected rents for our standard services. However, we do offer a la carte services for those clients who want additional management needs, such as landscape services or major project supervision.

We like to determine the needs of each individual client, then put together a package of services that best fit their needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became very interested in investment properties while getting my MBA. I think it is a great investment tool and decided to help those with investment properties to manage their properties while I work on establishing my own portfolio of investments.
