I contacted Kevin about an AT&T iPhone 4s screen replacement that I needed. I expressed to him the need to be without my phone for as short a time as possible. Kevin picked up my phone about 7PM (after I was home from work) and returned it to me at 1AM (6 hours later)!!!! He ran into an LED problem while working on my phone, and repaired that, too. He didn't charge me extra for LITERALLY working all night; his prices were less than I found online. My phone now works perfectly.
After my iPhone repair, I decided to install an Apple TV in my daughter's room. After getting this home, I realized I truly had no idea what I was doing...so I called Kevin. He came over that afternoon (a Sunday) and spent a few hours helping me set everything up and getting my Apple TV running. This required Kevin to remove malware from my computer and update my iTunes account. (Nothing I plan ever goes accordingly!)
I could NOT ask for anything more in customer or technology service. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. You cannot go wrong contacting STL Nerds for any technology issue that you may have.
