Introduction: I am the owner of the company but want to be personally involved with every move. I go above and beyond to meet and exceed the expectations of every customer I have. In the past 6 years I have not had one complaint while being in business for myself. My goal is to leave each and every one of my customers with their expectations met and exceeded. I like meeting and interacting with my clients. I like to find out more about them, and personally tailor my business to what they need. Tom and his crew arrived on time of the day of the move. They wrapped items with moving blankets and stretch wrap to carefully move the furniture without scratching or breaking the glass. They were very kind and listened to all my concerns. My husband was in ill health at the time so they loaded the bed last and unloaded it first then set it up when we reached our new house and they unpacked the rest of the items the next day. Had no worries. Tom and his crew did everything. I would recommend Tom to anyone who was going to move, I have recommended him to other friends.

We needed to move furniture and boxes from our office at work to home upon retirement, a relatively small and short distance move. Tom provided an emailed estimate, drove to our home and office to check out the job in advance so that he'd have appropriate equipment and assistance, and showed up with appropriate help right on schedule. They worked hard and completed the move quickly, without damage, and at a reasonable price. He actually pointed out an old scratch on a bookcase, offering to take responsibility for it. We were very happy with his service and very highly recommend him to others.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I conducted my first moving job, I enjoyed the work so much that I am still in it today. I love what I do and above all else, I enjoy making the customer happy and satisfied.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs that I come across are the move-out and then move-in jobs. Customers usually need one thing done, and my mission is to get the job done as professionally and efficiently as possible.

Professionalism is the number one key to a happy move.
