Our 2 year old son put something in the toilet. we took the toilet off, ran the snake both ways, and then replaced the toiled. It seemed to flush, but was sluggish.My husband and I left for a week to see family, and the toilet quit working again. Our 14 year old son called superior plumbing and gas and the gentleman there talked with him for about 20 minutes walking him through what he needed to do. Our boy was able to take the toilet off again, follow the instructions, and finally found the toy still lodged in the toilet. He then got another wax ring and replaced the toilet. as a mom, I want to thank you for taking the time to help our son, and thus our family, in getting our toilet back online.

We had an issue with our water heater where it stopped producing hot water. We contacted Superior Plumbing and Gas and they came out promptly to investigate the problem. They diagnosed the problem correctly the first time and explained what the issue was. They were up front and honest in giving an estimate to fix the water heater. There were no hidden fees and no gimmicks. I appreciated their transparency. The final product was outstanding and their attention to detail was phenomenal. They left their work area spotless and I have not had any issues with the water heater since.

I'm a pleased customer. Superior Plumbing put a bathroom in our basement for us. They carefully listened to what we had in mind, had good suggestions for us, then made it happen & cleaned up afterwards. They are easy to work with, polite & thorough. I'll call them next time I have plumbing needs!

I called Superior Plumbing and Gas when I started seeing a water spot behind my bathtub. I tried one plumbing company that couldn't identify the problem and then tried Superior Plumbing. I'll never use anyone else again. Superior Plumbing was fast, friendly and thorough. They worked until they figured out what was wrong and didn't leave until they were sure it was taken care of.

Great service!!! Caleb knows what he is doing. We did a bathroom remodel and he did all the plumbing work. Excellent job. Prompt, clean, knowledgeable, and respectful of our family. I highly recommend Superior especially if you're remodeling.
