The guys were very polite and courteous. They stayed in touch when they were having some issues this morning before heading my way ! They did a fantastic job and cleanup ! I would highly recommend them !Jul 20, 2018Verified
A large tree limb had fallen on our fence. Breckenridge removed it promptly and for a reasonable price. I have other work and will definitely call them again!Jul 18, 2018Verified
I couldn't be more happy with Breckenridge treat care. I had severe damage from a tornado. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the damage and even trimmed up the lower part that made the trees look so much better. They were the best priced and even did more than what they said they were going to do! I couldn't be happier and more satisfied! Steve in Lee's Summit.Jul 14, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The best way for me to give you a fair price is to be at the project location with you to visually inspect and decide the project details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ask them if they have had tree work done before, what company's did they work with, what there expectations for the work done, how long they had owned the home, had they done tree work done on there trees before, what storm damage had happen, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Both Pete and William are currently studying to become a accredited certified climbing arborist with they International Society of Arbor culture and are current members of the ISA and the Midwestern chapter of Arborist.
