- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make it very simple and price by square feet and how open the yard is to get through. If it’s way overgrown there will be a fee added to the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an estimate is very simple. Once we connect with you, you can have that estimate emailed to you in 5 minutes. Then after the estimate is approved we can be at your house within a few days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are well versed in customer service and have had college level leadership training classes that help us in connecting and helping our clients. Integrity, character, and morality are true core convictions that we live by. Cutting grass is the easy part but shining in the community and making our clients appreciate our work is where we thrive.
