- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have "standard pricing", however- if you are looking for something very simple( bride, 2 bridesmaids, 3 boutonnieres made out of roses and carnations or roses and hydrangeas), we do have package pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally the first step is an email consultation. During that consultation we will get the brides feel for what she wants and ask her questions pertaining to how many attendants, centerpieces, etc that she will need. After that, we normally schedule a consultation and will have pictures available similar to ones that the bride had in mind and we will go from there. We also have had many brides who live out of state so all of our conversations with them were done by email or phone calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of us have received our certification in Floral Technology.
