I am playing with recipes all the time and experimenting with ingredients to make new and better entrees, side dishes and desserts.

Wedding & Receptions, Anniversary Parties, Business Luncheons and Seminars, Holiday Parties.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I catered for 10 weeks for CAPA & LINC for a program that they were teaching families how to communicate and get along better with out violence. I made each meal like they were my family and decorated the buffet table to make hem have an memorable experience. I loved being able to help this program grow families closer together!
