What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the fact that we have a high level experience we tend to do the job at a more cost effective rate than most other arrangements. We work mostly with flat rates so everyone knows how much to expect every month. Our basic bookkeeping starts at $250.00/month. Our average client with Quickbooks online and a few bank accounts and credit cards and some analytical support and reports is approximately $350 per month. We do have hourly rates: $65/per hour for routine bookkeeping $75/per hour for senior accountant (compliance work or QB training) $100/ per hour for CFO (advisory, budgeting, "look-back" industry analysis) Team outsourcing for larger clients who want to eliminate the in-house approach requires a quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time our clients have some financial records and it is usually in quickbooks. We will have an initial review and conversation about how we can help solve the problems you are facing. We set-up a working schedule to complete your work based on your unique requirements. We find a way to communicate that works for you but typically it is via email to complete the task thoroughly and accurately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the team has a related bachelor degree and even some have masters. Everyone has at least 10 years of small business accounting experience in the small business arena.
