Our home is now a lovely place to both live and share with friends. We had Dan do our remodel and his innovative ideas were attractive and within budget. We are pleased with all the work he has done and that involved remodeling our whole house one room at a time as our budget allowed. We have NO complaints as we agreed on all the changes and they were done with all attention to detail. We highly recommend Dan and have shown our home to several of his clients as an example of his impressive work and standards. Superb Remodeling Job and Customer Service I have done a handful of remodels with Alder Creek Construction Inc. The Alder Creek Construction was by far and away the best team I've worked with. They came in on time, on budget, and at a high quality with an attention to detail that only artisans have. The customer service was top notch from the initial project design, budget estimates, to the actual construction. If they noticed something small that needed to be done that wasn't within the original scope, they made it happen. They were more concerned about the quality of the final product than they were about getting every dollar out of the process. Other contractors I've worked with bid low to get the job and then cut all the corners they could to save themselves money with no concern about good engineering or how long the construction will last. Alder Creek did the work on budget and while they were not the lowest bid, they were, without a doubt the best value. I couldn't recommend them more.

Dan and company did a complete kitchen remodel for us. They were reasonably priced and did excellent work. Dan made great suggestions that enhanced our job. They were on time every day and stayed extra on some days to get a particular phase finished. Working with him was like having family in our home, we even ate lunch together several days out on the deck. Be sure to get his recommendation for a cabinet maker. They are meticulous cabinet makers and can build custom cabinets to fit your situation more inexpensively than the "big box" stores. They also recommended cabinetry to enhance our project. Literally, Dan and company do it all and we would highly recommend them for any project you might have.

We had a water leak at our motel and a restoration company did a major tear out and dry out process. We hired Dan Briley as our contractor to put our office and lobby back to the way it was before the tear out. We also asked him to do a Breakfast Room expansion, and to convert one of our bathrooms to an ADA Handicap bathroom. Dan is very knowledgeable, professional, detailed, and very informative with great ideas with the latest and greatest. His work is of great quality! From the first time we met him in the quote process, we were sold on his knowledge and experience, and felt very safe to have him do our projects. He completed the project about 3 months ago, and we have been very pleased with the outcome!

Trade shows and home shows give us an edge into new "greener" and innovative products introduced into the market. We love to stay at the top of our game!!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
From high school, I took building classes to go along with my academic courses. I loved it so much, I furthered my education with vocational school and architectural drawing classes. It since has become a family business with both of my sons following in my footsteps.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do tons of Kitchens and Baths, but have built many new homes and light commercial projects as well.
