Working with Brad has been great. He is an accomplished dancer who is always working on his craft. He’s also extremely interested in helping his students improve, so he puts effort into analyzing the specifics of what you need to help you improve. He will send you away with homework. The lessons are definitely a conversation where you can give your input to help tailor the lesson to your needs. Definitely would recommend lessons with Brad.

Brad is a wonderful dance teacher and partner for many reasons, and I wish I had space to list them all, but nobody wants to read a whole novel right now, so just bear with me for the best reasons.
Firstly, he doesn't just learn about and practice dance skills. He works really hard to also study other related subjects that impact a person's quality of movement, their ability to understand dance, the way they communicate on a dance floor, and so much more.
Secondly, I love that he never teaches me specific stylistic things or tries to make me move in ways that don't work for my body. Instead, he patiently tries to understand how I move naturally so that when he does ask me to make a change, it further develops strengths I already have while overcoming any weaknesses that might have been holding me back.
Not all of a person's strengths and weaknesses are directly dance related, or even physical, and I feel like Brad has does an amazing job trying to help me navigate my outside anxieties as well.
Lastly, he is always able to physically replicate the concept or movement he is trying to teach me, and he is able to quickly filter through a number of alternate ways of explaining something, which I think are both critical teaching skills in the dance world, since not all students will learn exactly the same.
He is absolutely worth every penny I have spent or will spend, and I recommend him for both leaders and followers alike.
