They had opening within the week from the quote and communicated directly. I sent several pics to ensure they had all the areas covered and confirmed they would blowout the leftover leaves and put down good quality mulch. Terrific pricing and the team that came out did a great job. Solid experience all around, will definitely be going back and recommend to anyone needing their garden areas mulched!

Poor communication and deceptive business practices.
My project was for mulching and cleanup of my yard. Greenacre quoted 400 and specified that includes leaf and debris removal.
Only 1 person crew showed up and after mulching and cleaning front of the house left without confirming completion with me. Then, after 4 days he sent an invoice for $415. When I contacted them about it, he says that quote doesn't include leaf removal when that was clearly included in his quote- see his message in the quote. Now he is claiming the work is only for the front of the house not the entire yard. This is deceptive business practice where you bid for a project with low price and then leave without approving completion with the buyer. and then add all the exclusions at the end to make sure they do half the work for the full price.
