  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer discounts for total gross rental revenue you have managed by PMI. We want to grow with our investors, as well as reward them for the trust they place with us. Please reach out to learn more.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    At the end of an initial call, we both determine if there is a fit we would like to explore further. We would then set up a 30-45 min meeting to discuss our Management Agreement, define expectations (both the owners and ours), and answer any questions that you have or that may come up as we dig deeper into an agreement.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a graduate of the Air Force Academy, received my MBA from Colorado State University, and am a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. I have been managing properties for over 15 years and am the owner of a local office of nationally recognize Property Management company.
